The next meeting of the members of the Public Council under the State Committee for Affairs of Refugees and IDPs and the heads of the committee was held.

The organization of effective interaction between the State Committee and the Public Council in the field of work with IDPs within the framework of the measures carried out according to the “First State Program on Great Return to the liberated territories of the Republic of Azerbaijan” approved by the Order of President Ilham Aliyev dated November 16, 2022 was widely discussed at the meeting.

Chairman of the Public Council, Chairman of the “Healthy Development and Enlightenment” Public Union Anar Khalilov spoke about the upcoming tasks in the field of ensuring public participation in the implementation of the measures envisaged in the State Program and informed about the action plan prepared for their implementation. It was emphasized that the meeting is important in terms of obtaining the necessary information for the effective organization of the council's activities, as well as holding consultations on issues requiring public participation.

Later, discussions were held between the heads of structural divisions of the State Committee and members of the Public Council in accordance with the action plan, proposals were evaluated. It was noted once again that the organization of the council's activities at a high level will be provided with the necessary support by the management of the committee.
