Meetings between the managers and winners of the contest “Yukselish” continue as part of mentoring program. Chairman of the State Committee for Affairs of Refugees and Internally Displaced Persons Rovshan Rzayev met with the winner of “Yukselish” Khamis Seyranov.

The chairman of the committee said that a person who is able to work with educated and enlightened citizens can be a successful leader. At the same time, it was noted that the mentoring program of the State Committee would consist of meetings and conversations with the chairman of the committee, meetings with IDPs and visits to the areas where they live. The winner of the contest, Khamis Seyranov, said that he was acquainted with Rovshan Rzayev`s activities as chairman of the State Committee and before that, and wanted to get advice and recommendations on his success and experience.

According to the terms of the contest, the winner will have a one-year internship with the managers of the contest as a part of mentoring program.
