On June 4, Rovshan Rzayev, Chairman of the State Committee on Affairs of Refugees and Internally Displaced Persons held next reception of citizens.

Chairman of the State Committee, personally received more than 60 citizens registered in advance. Their appeals were mainly related to improvement of housing conditions, determination of single monthly allowances, employment, status and other issues.

Solving the problems of internally displaced persons in special need of social protection is one of the priorities of the state policy. In accordance with the instruction given by President Ilham Aliyev to improve the living conditions of internally displaced persons, construction of new residential estates is under way in Baku and in the regions. The Head of State also pays attention to improving the material wellbeing of our citizens from this category. First Vice President Mehriban Aliyeva also pays special attention and care to the solution of housing, education and health problems of internally displaced persons. On the initiative of Mehriban Aliyeva, private sector continues to build housing for IDPs.

The citizens, received at the State Committee were told that the issues raised by them would be investigated and settled according to the legislation.
