According to the instruction of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, in accordance with the schedule of the reception of citizens by the heads of central executive power bodies in the cities and regions, Chairman of the State Committee on Deals of Refugees and Internally Displaced Persons Rovshan Rzayev received citizens in Ismayilli region on April 29.

Citizens living in Ismayilli, Aghdash, Aghsu and Kurdamir regions attended in the reception. Most of the applicants were the persons residing as internally displaced persons in those areas. Their applications were mainly related to the improvement of housing-living condition, employment, status, utility services, determination of single monthly allowance and other issues.

Internally displaced persons were reminded that President Ilham Aliyev paid great attention and care to the solution of social problems of the citizens of this category. Purposeful measures are taken to improve the living condition of internally displaced persons, construction of residential complexes with all kinds of infrastructure in the capital and in the regions continues.

By the instruction of the First Vice President Mrs. Mehriban Aliyeva, first of all, the internally displaced families still living in the worst condition are relocated to new houses and apartments. Management of the country has strict control over the execution of relocation process in a fair and transparent manner.

A part of the applications of the citizens participating in the reception was resolved in a fast-track manner.

Chairman of the State Committee stated that the issues raised in the applications will be investigated in a short time and appropriate measures will be taken.
