Rovshan Rzayev, the Chairman and Deputy Chairmen of the State Committee for Affairs of Refugees and IDPs, together with the representatives of Binagadi district Executive Power met with IDPs settled in the dormitory of Baku Humanitarian College, at the 8th microdistrict, Binagadi district. Visiting the places where IDPs live, Rovshan Rzayev got acquainted with their problems on the spot and answered their questions. The Chairman of the State Committee said that the President Ilham Aliyev and First Vice President Mrs. Mehriban Aliyeva always focus on improving the social conditions of refugees and IDPs. He said that the state treats the citizens of this category with special care. Noting that currently a number of projects are being implemented by Heydar Aliyev Foundation, the Chairman of the State Committee underlined that the work are being carried out in stages and systematically for improving the housing and living conditions of IDPs. It was noted that such meetings with IDPs are planned to be held in other regions and cities as well. It was stated that the purpose of this meeting is to get closely acquainted with the concerns of IDPs and learn more about their problems.
