The legacy of the National Leader Heydar Aliyev rests in his exceptional role in nurturing national talent to fortify agile and effective state administration. Presently, under the leadership of President Ilham Aliyev, a consistent and purpose-driven approach is being pursued to improve state service, thereby implementing largescale reforms.

Furthering this endeavour, First Vice-President Mehriban Aliyeva lends substantial support to modernizing the state service and integrating new technologies.

This was mentioned on August 15 during the award ceremony for the "Distinction in State Service".  Medals and relevant certificates were presented to employees of the State Committee for Affairs of Refugees and IDPs.

In accordance with President Ilham Aliyev's decree dated June 22, 2023, three State Committee employees - Ilgar Suleymanov, Mahir Dadashov, and Mizam Hasanov, Heads of Units under the Social Security and Communal Services Department became recipients of this esteemed medal for their impactful contributions to public service.

Chairman Rovshan Rzayev presented the "Distinction in Public Service" medal and relevant certificates to the awardees, extending his wishes for their professional pursuits and personal endeavours.
