The results of the first term of current year were discussed at the board meeting of State Committee on the Affairs of Refugees and Internally Displaced Persons

A large-scale board meeting was held on April 29, 2011 which was devoted to the results of the first term of 2011 of State Committee on the Affairs of Refugees and Internally Displaced Persons. After speaking about the duties and future perspectives arising from the Great Leader’s speech of program character at the meeting devoted to the results of socio-economic development for the first term of the Cabinet, it was mentioned at the board meeting held under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Deputy-chief of Dovletqachqinkom Mr Hasanov Ali that, the collaborators of Dovletqachqinkom, regularly acting on the basis of duties from appropriate order and decrees signed by the Great Leader in accordance with refugees and IDPs, especially from “State program on Improvement of Living Condition and Employment of Refugees and IDPs” and the appendix made to it by the decrees dated October 31, 2007 and February 21, 2011, have taken advantages of the improvement of living condition of refugees and IDPs, the opportunities in solution of other problems in the first term of the current year as usual. Thus, it was also declared during the discussion of the affairs included in the diary of the board that, the decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan about additional measures on improvement of living condition and employment of refugees and IDPs, dated February 21, 2011 is an obvious example of his attention and care on this sphere. The affirmation of new Appendixes to the State Program by that decree put new duties before the Personnel of Dovletqachqinkom. As logical results of discussed affairs it was stated that, development had been guaranteed on all spheres and positive results had been gained in all key spheres of economy in our country under the leadership of Great Leader Mr. Ilham Aliyev. The development of our country has been increased, all forthcoming duties and infrastructure projects have been implemented and very important achievements have been achieved in the direction of improvement of social welfare of people as a result of considered, resolute and prompt economic policy of Great Leader. As a consequence of this, practical steps have been taken for improvement of living condition and employment of our countrymen suffering from Armenian occupation like all citizens. New settlements have been constructed and multistory buildings have been built and put into use in different areas. When the measures held in this direction are reviewed it becomes clear that the solution of the problems of refugees and IDPs have been one of the spheres President Mr. Ilham Aliyev pays attention and takes care of at present day as usual. Meeting of Great Leader internally displaced persons, participating in the opening events of the settlements constructed for them and meaningful speech, communicating with IDPs directly and being interested in their problems approve all of aforesaid again. Prime Minister Deputy – chairman of Dovletqachqinkom A. Hasanov, who expressed his opinion on the matters discussed in the board meeting, highly assessed the activity of the collective in the last term and gave his concrete instructions and recommendations to the proper sections and departments on forthcoming duties.
