White clouds hover above the city of Lachin, and the Hakari River flows at its feet. Sometimes calmly flowing in its bed, sometimes surging and roaring—the Hakari River… Today, its banks are the favorite recreation spot for Lachin residents, both young and old.

The video clip, produced under the organization of the State Committee for Affairs of Refugees and Internally Displaced Persons, showcases the new panorama of Lachin. The project was realized with the support of the Special Representation of the President of Azerbaijan in the Lachin district.
