In line with the instructions of President Ilham Aliyev, the Great Return to the territories liberated from occupation continues. Those relocating to the villages of Vangli, Childiran, Ashagi Oratag, Heyvali, Chapar in the Aghdara district, and Dashbulag in the Khojaly district are families who had been temporarily settled in various parts of the country, mainly in dormitories, sanatoriums, and administrative buildings.

This phase, 4 families (18 people) have been relocated to Vangli village of Aghdara, 2 families (5 people) to Childiran village, 9 families (56 people) to Ashagi Oratag village, 3 families (13 people) to Heyvali village, 2 families (6 people) to Chapar village, and 1 family (4 people) to Dashbulag village of Khojaly.

Residents returning to their native homeland expressed their gratitude to President Ilham Aliyev and First Vice-President Mehriban Aliyeva for the comprehensive state care provided to them. They also expressed their appreciation to the brave Azerbaijani Army, our heroic soldiers and officers who liberated our lands, and prayed for mercy for the martyrs who sacrificed their lives on this path.
