Images from the rebuilt and resettled village of Zabukh in Lachin demonstrate that a modern urban environment has been established even in a village setting. A video produced by the State Committee for Affairs of Refugees and Internally Displaced Persons, with the support of the Special Representative of the President in the Lachin district, reflects this transformation.
