The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan ENACTS in accordance with Order 2475 of the 31st of October, 2007 issued by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan making supplements to “The State Program on improvement of living conditions and increase of employment of refugees and internally displaced persons”, confirmed by Order 298 of the 1st of July, 2004 issued by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on making amendments to Enactment 47 of the 1st of March, 2007 of the Cabinet of Ministers “On amendments in the structure of the State Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Refugees and IDPs Issues”: 1. To add Paragraphs 1.1 and 4.1 to Enactment 47 of the 1st of March, 2007 of the Cabinet of Ministers “On amendments in the structure of the State Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Refugees and IDPs Issues” (Statute Book of the Republic of Azerbaijan, 2007, №3б Article 303) in the following context: “1.1. To establish apartment utility services on the cities and district where the housing estates are located that will be commissioned to exploitation in 2011 and the housing estates where the internally displaced persons settled temporarily in 2008-2010 in accordance with Order 2475 of the 31st of October, 2007 issued by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On making supplements to State Program on improvement of living condition and increase of employment of refugees and internally displaced persons”, confirmed by Order 298 of the 1st of July, 2004, issued by President of the Republic of Azerbaijan” (the list of apartment utility services for cities and districts newly established under the subordinate of Housing and Utility Department at the State Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Refugees and IDPs Issues is attached). 4.1. To implement the organization of activity of apartment utility services that will be newly established under the subordinate of Housing and Exploitation Department at the State Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Refugees and IDPs Issues for the account of funds foreseen in the State Budget of 2011 on section of “Municipal housing economy” for the State Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Refugees and IDPs Issues. 2. This Enactment comes into effect from the date of its signing.
