Iftar dinner for IDPs

On August 15, the State Committee on Deals of Refugees and IDPs, together with Social Development Fund of IDPs, arranged iftar dinner for IDP families suffered from fire happened at the hostel No. 4 of State Economic University. Verses from Holy Koran were first said before the ceremony. Then virtues of Ramadan – sultan of eleven months were talked, kind deeds important to be done during this month were conversed about and prayers were said at iftar dinner. They wished to celebrate the next Ramadan holiday in the lands of Karabakh. It was emphasized that one of the greatest divine services during holy Ramadan month looked forward to by all Muslims is fasting. Fasting is a virtuous deed and arranging iftar for a fasting person is as virtuous as fasting. The government’s attention and care to IDPs settled in tents for short-term and actions for improvement of their living conditions were emphasized at the event. In the end, people participating at iftar dinner expressed their gratitude to organizers.
