On December 6, 2011 deputy of chairman of State Committe for Refugees and IDPs Geray Farhadov recieved the ambassador, the deputy chief of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkey Republic Ahmet Demirer. At first, the guests get acquaintance with exposures and photo-stands including Azerbaijan state's large-scaled measures in way of solving of problems of refugees and IDPs at committee hall with Geray Farhadov's accompany. In this exposure and photo-stands were reflected miserable situation of IDPs and very bad conditions at settled objects at first days, the meetings of National Leader and also president Ilham Aliyev with refugees and IDPs, abolishment of tent camps, new built settlements and multi-stored buildings. All these became interest for guests. Then Geray Farhadov thanked to guests for their efforts to get acquaintance with some problems of Azerbaijan, for comprehensive help in way of solving problem of refugees and IDPs and humanitarian aid and for principal position of Turkey Republic in this conflict. Geray Farhadov also stressed that our nation will never forget turkish support and we are sure that Turkey always stays behind us and Azerbaijan support and stays behind Turkey, too. Then Geray Farhadov gave a more information to guests about historical roots and reason of creation of conflict, one million refugees and IDPs in the result of Armenian aggression and their hard life conditions, Azerbaijan state's large-scaled measures in this field and Geray Farhadov also carried out to attention that were done many works with means of state budget and State Oil Foundation in way of solving refugees and IDPs social problems. Geray Farhadov stressed that during the last twenty years it was spent 4.6 billion USA dollar for social protection of refugees and IDPs, 2.7 billion dollar fall into budget's share, 1 billion State Oil Foundation's share, 900 million dollar international humanitarian organization's share. In 2007 twelwe tent camps were abolished with means of State Oil Foundation and 21600 families – more than 107 thousands refugees and IDPs were moved to new built and modern settlements. Geray Farhadov also said that it is implemented large-scaled works in way of improvement of social conditions of Mehseti turks with expense of state investment costs and stressed that president Ilham Aliyev always keeps these problems in focus and never deny his attention and care , but returning to their native lands is their main goal and aim. Ahmet Riza Demirer, the head of delegation thanked for frank acceptance and comrehensive information and stressed that their visit's goal to define help by Azerbaijan and Turkey in repatriation prosess of Mehseti turks to Georgia and provide necessary coordination. He also stressed that Turkey will get benefit from Azerbaijan repatriation expriance and expressed his assurance that Azerbaijan –Turkey relations will be solid and we will be always together in solving Nagorno-Karabakh problem. In the meeting it was also impressed that Azerbaijan state would achieve restoration of its territorial integrity and refugees and IDPs return to their native lands. Then it was answered to other questions.
