The deputy of European parliament: This is not only the problem of displeaced persons, this is also all ours and humanities problem.

On november 28, 2011 the member of the committee of relation of European Parliament Ivo Vayql paid a visit to Agdam region. At first, he met with the leader of executive power Nizami Sadigov. After meeting and first acquaintance the collective chorus of Agdam᾽s schoolchildren showed their video material named \"This is my village\". Then Nizami Sadigov gave a more information about Armenian military aggression to Azerbaijan and problems of displeaced persons. He also stressed that Agdam was occupied in 1993. There were 180 thousands polulations in the region, 50 thousands of them was settled in Baku, 90 thousands in nonoccupied areas., 62 thousands in other regions of republic. It was noted that Azerbaijan state had implemented the large-scaled measures in the directins of improvement of living conditions of refugees and displeaced persons. Only in Agdam was built 17 modern settlements for displeaced persons. Then the deputy came to the new settlement in Guzanli and acquainted with condition of displeaced persons. Coming to the school number 18 the representative looked at the photocorner demonstrating of the former situations of Agdam region. He was again informed about the diffucielties of displeaced after aggression. He was announced that the 73% of Agdam lands had been occupied and it had given 6 thousands marturs. Then the deputy got acquainted with the conditions created for trainig-upbringing of the pupils and he was informed that for the high level of education in this school it was created comprehensive conditions by state and school had been supplied with techical and visual aids. In the meeting wiht pedagogical collective and settlement community in the school\'s meeting hall the representative explained his visit\'s aim and expressed that he was acquainted with this problem closely. I was always in side of Azerbaijan from the first days of my being deputy at European parliament. It must be treated with respect to the norms of international law. Because the Upper Karabag is the part of Azerbaijan.And The European Parliament understands it. The people living as displeaced persons have to return to their native lands and problem must be solved within the framework of international law. After meeting the representative visited Faxraddin Rahimov, the first group of disabled , in his home and acquaiunted with his life conditions. During the meeting F. Rahimov talked to the representative about president\'s care and attention to the refugees and displeaced persons and expressed that returning to native land is his greatest wish. In the end Ivo Vaygl noted that the whole wordl knows that Armenia has occupied Azerbaijan lands. The returning of people settled in this settlement is very inevitable. This is not only the problem of displeaced persons, this is also all ours and humanities problem. So it must be achieved their return to their native lands. Today I again witnesed that Azerbaijan state had made great efforts in the way of improvement of people life conditions. I am sure that EP will play activ role in solving of the problem and The European Union also can play a more important role. We always have to view displeaced persons\'s fates. Because they have been dismissed by force and it is their greatest sad. It must be put an end to these. In the end the european deputy noted that we support the solving of problem within the framework of territorial integrity of Azerbaijan . During my visit I had cloesly acquainted with this problem. I am so regret that Azerbaijan has became a sacrifice of great geopolitical games. EU has to support the just solition of this problem
