On May 8, the meeting of the Public Council under the State Committee for Affairs of Refugees and IDPs was held.

It was stated with great pleasure in the meeting that restoration and reconstruction work is continuing to be performed today in Shusha liberated by our brave army under the guidance of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Triumphant Supreme Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev, preparations are being made for the return of local residents to this city, which is the cradle of our national culture. Later, martyrs of the Patriotic War commemorated with great respect.   

Chairman of the State Committee Rovshan Rzayev attended the meeting, expressed his views about the efficient organization of the Council activities and mentioned that the provision of public attendance will be further supported in the future. The importance of close participation of the Public Council also in subsequent activities of the Committee was underlined.
