Large-scale measures that was carried out in our country to improve social-living conditions of refugees and internally displaced persons in compliance with the commands given and tasks set by the President of Azerbaijan Republic and was highly estimated not only by the country community but also by the influential international institutions are being implemented successfully this year too. Thus, the new settlements and many-storied buildings the construction of which has been started in various areas for our compatriots that have already been living for several years in Finnish-type settlements, school and kindergartens, sanatoria with terminated explotiation date and no living condition, and need to be moved in the first instance will be put into service of these compatriots to fulfil obligations intended in the State Program approved by the appropriate commands of the state leader and its appendixes, as well as in the opportune commands on further events related to improving housing-living conditions of internally displaced families.The construction of a settlement for 552 families, 10 five-storied residential buildings for 556 families in Aghjabadi region, complex of 9 five-storied residential buildings for 524 families in Goranboy region is being currently continued at a rapid pace at the expense of State Oil Fund according to the order given by the Social Development Fund of İnternally Displaced Person. In those settlements and housing units to be put into service with their whole social-technical infrastructure up-to-date 360-seat school buildings, kindergartens each of which were meant for 50 children, club-community centers, administrative buildings, fire-station, out-patient\'s clinic, music school are being correspondingly constructed and all of them serve a purpose of improving sosial-living conditions of these compatriots. Building works are being much rapidly continued in all areas. Construction of flats in the settlement being built in Aghjabadi has already been completed, houses have been roofed. Supply of the settlements and many-storied residential complexes with water, electric energy and other communication works are being conducted in parallel with construction. In short, providing internally displaced persons with flats meeting modern demands in these areas as in the other territories, creating inclusive conditions for them are the main forthcoming duties. As internally displaced persons have been involved in construction works it gives incentive to succeed in objects set for either improving their sosial condition or providing employment for them. Deputy Prime Minister, chairman of State Committee for Refugees and IDPs Ali Hasanov visiting the mentioned areas on August 24-25 with the view of getting acquainted with the statement and course of the works just on the spot from this view point and resolving the issues making builders anxious, the difficulties encountered, during either conversations he held with the builders or acquaintance with the statement of the works distinctly stated that carrying out the obligations set by Mr. President with respect to improving internally displaced persons’ housing-living and social conditions in time and in quality is the principal duty of all of us. Taking into consideration these issues the building organizations involved in the construction of new settlements with whole social-technical infrastructure and many-storied buildings for internally displaced persons should complete the fulfillment of obligations assumed. During the meeting providing a thorough explanation for the issues that interest and make constructors anxious A.Hasanov expressed his assuredness in timely discharging of the obligations undertaken after getting acquainted with the condition just on the spot and again accentuated significance of efficiently taking all chances to meet obligations set by Mr.Ilham Aliyev, President of Azerbaijan Republic and his day-to-day care and attention towards our internally displaced persons by concrete measures. Mr.A.Hasanov also got acquainted with damage recently inflicted by heavy rains in the regions just on the spot and set suitable tasks in connection with damage inflicted on Veysli settlement in Goranboy, as well as damage inflicted upon Aghdam and Barda.
