The UNHCR High Commissioner Antonio Quterresh met IDP’s settled in Binagadi district of Baku.

The representatives of UN High Commission on deals of Refugees, returning from Yevlakh, met IDP’s temporarily settled in hostels and newly-constructed blocks in Darnagul settlement of Binagadi district of the capital. IDP’s kindly requested High Commissioner to deliver the truth of Azerbaijan in the world and support fair position of official Baku. IDP’s settling in new blocks of courtyard of construction enterprise N2, greeted the visitors warmly. Jahan Gurbanova, IDP from Zangilan district expressed his gratitude for attention and care to them. Bahruz Huseynzada, IDP also a second-year student of Azerbaijan State Economic University, informed the visitors about the problems of IDP’s, as well as return wishes of IDP’s to their native lands. Antonio Quterresh again promised that they would continue their efforts especially to deliver justice voice of IDP’s to the world, provide return of IDP’s to their native lands. Delegation guided by High Commissioner, got acquainted with Refugee admission, woman and youth Centre of UN Refugee Commission, and appreciated condition created there.
