Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on increasing the amount of the monthly subsistence allowance given to IDPs

In order to strengthen the social protection of IDPs I am deciding: 1. The size of the monthly subsistence allowance given to each internally displaced person is increased and will be paid in amount of 15 Manats since 1 September 2010. 2. The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall settle the issues coming out from this Decree. 3. The 1st point of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan of 26 August 2008 № 3014 on “Increasing the amount of the monthly subsistence allowance given to IDPs” shall lose its validity.
