Discussions have been held on the construction of new settlements in liberated Jojug-Marjanly village of Jabrayil.

On February 11, consultation and joint discussions have been held with the participation of heads of the construction companies which will participate on the construction of new settlements in liberated Jojug-Marjanly village of Jabrayil under the chairmanship of Mr. Ali Hasanov- Deputy Prime Minister of Azerbaijan Republic and chairman of the State Committee for the Refugees and IDPs affairs. Firstly, Deputy Prime Minister noted that, Jojug-Marjanly village has been liberated during successful Horadiz operation under the leadership of the great leader Heydar Aliyev, as the Supreme Commander in 1994. Armenia is the source of terrorism in the region and for the world, delirious ideology carrier with territorial claims to neighboring countries and it refuses to implement the resolutions adopted within the framework of international legal norms and principles on settlement of the Armenian-Azerbaijani, Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and thus, reaches oncoming collapse day-by-day. Finally, this country received its adequate response after the ceasefire of 22 years. Ali Hasanov noted that, the decree of the President Ilham Aliyev on the restoration of Jojug-Marjanly village, launching of The Great Return Programme from Jojuk-Marjanly, and extradition of blogger Alexander Lapshin who visited illegally the occupied territories of Azerbaijan, caused great panic in Armenia and was the centre of attention of international community and he also added that, these were the result of successful foreign policy in line with national and independent interest which has been implemented by the President of Azerbaijan and it shows that, Ilham Aliyev is the respected and influential political leader in the world. According to the words of Deputy Prime Minister, offender leader of aggressor Armenia, who has been isolated from international political arena as a result of resolute and principled policy of President Ilham Aliyev and his influence, tries to prevent mass protests and to cover up his loneliness. At the meeting, it was noted that, in the first stage, the construction of 50 private houses, a school building which has 96 pupils capacity and relevant infrastructure will be started nowadays according to the decree signed by Mr. Ilham Aliyev. According to the project, 20 2-room, 25 3-room, 5 4-room flats will be constructed in this area. Additionally, the construction of road network and renovation and greening work will be carried out. The residential complex will be fully supplied with electricity, gas and water. It was said that, in the next stage, the construction of the settlement, which is for 200 families, is scheduled according to the instructions of Mr. President. The heads of the construction companies noted that, the decree of Mr. President was very significant and participation in the construction of such a settlement is honorable and they also promised to use all opportunities for completing the work in time and in a qualitative form connected with the construction of residential houses, the school building, communication lines and technical infrastructures in the settlement. Ali Hasanov gave instructions to the heads of construction companies related with completion of the work in time and in a qualitative form and noted that, high level performance of the work according to the construction policies is very important.
