The restoration of the apartments of the IDPs destroyed by Armenian occupying forces in the territories of Tartar and Aghdam regions is continued by the State Committee on Deals of the Refugees and IDPs.

The atrocities committed by Armenians also affected IDPs. Some of the houses of our compatriots living in the frontier zones have already been restored and the restoration of the rest of them is being continued rapidly. Note that, firing on the residential places and civilians of Aghdam, Tartar, Aghjabadi, cases of barbarism committed against the children, women and old people as well as targeting the schools and kindergartens by the Armenian armed forces especially on April is contrary to the basic norms of the civilized world. Today, the whole world knows that, as a result of the promotion of the racism, xenophobia and hatred carried out with the participation of fascist leadership of Armenia, the gangs of the occupying state don’t hesitate to insult even the bodies of the innocent people who died. A constant violation of international humanitarian law by Armenia in uncivil and series manner and praising of the persons directly involved in crimes in higher political level is a war crime itself, a crime against humanity, disregard of international law. Unfortunately, Armenians' atrocities also affected the IDPs living in the villages in contact line of the frontier zones Aghdam, Tartar. Thus, during the recent events in general 452 apartments resided by the IDPs have been damaged, 15 of them have been completely destroyed and 437 of them have been partially destroyed and 311 large and small livestock have been perished. However, in spite of all these, like the local people, the IDPs also continue to live in their native lands by believing in the power of our army, see the powerful support, attention, care of Azerbaijani government and our President and highly appreciate them. By the way note that, the restoration of the houses of all IDPs whose houses were destroyed and damaged by Armenian atrocities is carried out by State Committee on Deals of the Refugees and IDPs. As a result of the Deputy Prime Minister, Chairman of the State Committee on Deals of the Refugees and IDPs Ali Hasanov expressed the importance of the use of all the opportunities for the soon restoration of the destroyed houses of our internally displaced compatriots during his visit to the frontier zones and gave specific instructions on this issue, the restoration works in more than 30 houses destroyed in Tartar and Aghdam in the past period were completed.
