Deputy Chairman of State Committee on Deals of Refugees and IDPs Fuad Huseynov met with Spanish Foreign Affairs Ministry’s Director-General for Foreign Policy and Security Enrique Mora and Deputy director for Eastern Europe and Central Asia Jose Lavinyan. F.Huseynov considered that the main purpose of the meeting is to obtain detailed information regarding Armenia-Azerbaijan, Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and the situation of refugees and internally displaced persons as a result of this conflict, gave comprehensive information on historical roots and causes of the conflict, criminal offenses committed from time to time by Armenians due to territorial claims and noted that today, 20 percent of Azerbaijan's territory is under Armenia's occupation. F.Huseynov expressed his regret that no progress was achieved by OSCE Minsk Group to which the mission was entrusted for peaceful settlement of conflict and emphasized that our compatriots who live the life of refugees and IDPs suffer more from all of them and also pointed out that although comprehensive measures taken by the government of Azerbaijan in the direction of solving the problems of citizens from this stratum, the greatest dreams and aspirations of them is to return to their hearths.
