Azerbaijan and Iran will always be together

Deputy Prime Minister of Azerbaijan Republic, Chairman of State Committee on Affairs of Refugees and Internally Displaced Persons Ali Hasanov has met the delegation led by the Minister of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare of Iran Ali Rabi who is on an official visit to our country. Ali Hasanov noted an important role of national leader Heydar Aliyev in high-level Azerbaijan-Iran relations. He added that these relations are pursued successfully under the leadership of President Ilham Aliyev. Reciprocal visits of the presidents of both states in the last year have led to further development of our relations. Deputy Prime Minister said that diplomatic missions have taken an active part in expansion of bilateral relations. Ali Hasanov emphasized that Azerbaijan is always ready for cooperating with Iran in all fields as well as underlined the importance of trade turnover increase between the countries. Chairman of the Committee said that Armenia-Azerbaijan, Nagorno-Karabakh conflict is underlying problem of our Country today. He made the point that the Government of Azerbaijan is able to solve completely the problems of refugees and internally displaced persons more than one million as a result of aggressive policy of Armenia. However, main solution of the problem is liberation of the occupied territories of Azerbaijan. Deputy Prime Minister underlined importance of Iran as a powerful country in the region to increase pressure on Armenia for solution of Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. Ali Rabi expressed his confidence regarding effective outcomes of the visit and brought to notice that will held a number of important meetings in our Country. The Minister said that they are ready for realization of various joint projects related to the affairs of disabled persons. He noted that there are opportunities for cooperation in the fields of rehabilitation of people with disabilities and training in various professions. It should be noted that the delegation led by the Iranian Minister got acquainted with the condition established in the estates built for the 760 IDP families in Masazir settlement, Absheron region.
