The works conducted in the block newly settled for IDPs in the territory of Hajigabul have finished and settlement of IDPs has started.

Realization of large-scale measures on the solution of our IPDs employment and other social problems, improvement of their living conditions, especially housing-living conditions in accordance with “State Program for improvement of living conditions and increase of employment of refugees and IDPs” and annexes to it approved by the Order of the President of Azerbaijan Republic have been successfully proceeded during past years and are continued up to the present. The newly settled block in the territory of Hajigabul is intended for 101 IDP families and constructed according to the relevant clause of Annexes to the State Program approved by the Order of the President of Azerbaijan Republic dated, July 1, 2004. 150-seat school building, 50-seat kindergarten, administrative building, community center, ambulatory, post office building have been constructed in the territory of this block covering the area of 30 hectares in total as in other places as well. The new block has been completely provided with constant electric, gas, water supply.
