The extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Mohsun Pakayin visited the State Committee on Affairs of Refugees and Internally Displaced Persons.

The Deputy Prime Minister, the chairman of the State Committee on Affairs of Refugees and Internally Displaced Persons, Mr. Ali Hasanov had a visit from the extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Azerbaijan, Mohsun Pakayin at his request in November 21. The discussions on the official call to be held by the delegation led by the Deputy Prime Minister, the chairman of the State Committee on Affairs of Refugees and Internally Displaced Persons, Mr. Ali Hasanov to Iran Islamic Republic on November 23-27, 2014 at the invitation of the Minister of Cooperatives, Labour and Social welfare, Mr. Ali Rabie of the Islamic Republic of Iran with a view to develop humanitarian cooperation further between two friend and Muslim countries, the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Republic of Azerbaijan within the confines of our nations’ interests were conducted in the meeting. Ali Hasanov spoke about the development of relations between Azerbaijan and Iran in the meeting. It was noted that our relations built upon deep roots progressed after returning the great leader, Heydar Aliyev to power. The President of Azerbaijan Republic, Ilham Aliyev successfully continuing the policy of the National Leader develops the relations between our countries as well. The Deputy Prime Minister mentioned that Armenia-Azerbaijan, Daghlig Garabagh conflict is the only and most painful problem of our nation. He stated that non-imposition of pressure by the world states upon aggressor Armenia was injustice against Azerbaijan. In the meeting where constant support of neighbor country of great statehood history to Azerbaijan, creation of opportunity for the development of relations between the relevant state and government authorities based on the mutual beneficial cooperation between our countries were emphasized, it was stated that Iran was one of the first countries providing humanitarian assistance to Azerbaijan upon the period our citizens displaced from their native lands faced unbearable conditions in the issue of Armenia-Azerbaijan, Daghlig Garabagh conflict which our nation will never forget. The Deputy Prime Minister, Mr. Ali Hasanov gave interview to the state TV channel of the Islamic Republic of Iran on the visit to be held to the Islamic Republic of Iran, Azerbaijan-Iran relations and Armenia-Azerbaijan, Daghlig Garabagh conflict as well.
