The course of construction works in settlements and neighborhoods built for internally displaced families is in the focus of attention.

The Deputy Prime Minister of Azerbaijan Republic, the chairman of the State Committee on Deals of Refugees and IDPs Ali Hasanov was in new neighborhood built for internally displaced persons in Mingachevir in order to inquire about the real situation of the progress of construction works. After familiarization with the course of construction works, the Deputy Prime Minister, Mr. Ali Hasanov held a meeting with the participation of the heads of construction companies engaged in construction works, talked to the constructers, listened to their wishes and suggestions and gave his recommendations. Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Ali Hasanov said that as a result of attention and care by the President of Azerbaijan Republic Ilham Aliyev living conditions of thousands of internally displaced families improve each year. This housing area in the territory of Mingachevir is constructed in accordance with the relevant paragraphs of the State Program approved by the appropriate orders of the head of state and planned to construct 11 nine-storey buildings. The construction of 594-family housing complex, as well as school building, kindergarten, medical center, community center and post office is also planned. The representatives of construction companies made a speech at the meeting and mentioned that there is no problem in the course of construction works and said that there are enough equipment, manpower as well as construction materials. It was decided that along with the rapid progress of construction works, strict attention should be paid to the quality of works and housing complex should be delivered in high quality with all infrastructure objects. The Deputy Prime Minister of Azerbaijan Republic, the chairman of the State Committee on Deals of Refugees and IDPs Mr. Ali Hasanov also visited the new settlement built for 632 internally displaced families in the territory of Aghdam district. It was informed that construction works in the area are about to end. 440-seat new school building, 50-bedroom kindergarten, administrative building, community center, medical center and post office have been constructed in the settlement. The settlement will be fully supplied with gas, water and electricity. Then, Deputy Prime Minister Mr. Ali Hasanov met with the heads of construction companies engaged in construction works, noted that settlement of internally displaced persons is a priority standing in front of our country and said that head of state always keeps the problems of refugees and IDPs in the center of attention and for this purpose he set concrete tasks. Strategy defined by the President Ilham Aliyev to resolve these tasks in high level and the tasks posed by care and attention to refugees and IDPs by the head of state should be implemented early and in high quality. At the end, Deputy Prime Minister walked in the area and gave tasks and recommendations regarding to the implementation of construction works in high quality.
