Conference on “Great Leader Heydar Aliyev - upbringing of the youth, refugees and internally displaced persons in the spirit of military patriotism, as well as their admission to higher military institutions, military lycee” dedicated to 91st anniversary of national leader Heydar Aliyev was held in the State Committee on Deals of Refugees and internally displaced persons on 2 May. Firstly, conference attendees laid bunches of flowers on the bust of great leader Heydar Aliyev in Heydar Aliyev corner of the committee, paid tribute to his memory. Deputy Prime Minister of Azerbaijan, Chairman of the State Committee on Deals of Refugees and IDPs Ali Hasanov made speech at conference, spoke about care and attention shown to military-patriotic upbringing by great leader Heydar Aliyev, the works done in the development of military sphere of the National Leader. Worthy successor of political course of the National Leader, the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces Ilham Aliyev always gave constant attention to the improvement of combat capability and the process of equipping with modern weapons, complex of national defense industry has been built in the country. Today Azerbaijan has an army equipped with very strong, powerful and the most sophisticated weapons. The Minister of Education Mikayil Jabbarov made a speech at the conference and spoke of the works done by great leader Heydar Aliyev towards the development of education, the significance of the military-patriotic upbringing of the youth. The Chairman of the State Commission on Student Admission Maleyka Abbaszada made speech at the conference, highlighted care and attention shown to military-patriotic upbringing by great leader Heydar Aliyev, invaluable services of the National Leader provided in the development of the field of education. M. Abbaszada stated that brilliant leader had always paid attention to the education of the youth of brilliant leader Heydar Aliyev at the same time, admission of the refugees and internally displaced persons to higher educational institutions, including higher military institutions. Deputy Minister of Defense, Lieutenant-General Chingiz Mammadov underlined the life and activity of the national leader Heydar Aliyev, military build-up, care and attention shown to military- patriotic upbringing of the youth by the brilliant leader. Chief of the State Service for Mobilization and Conscription, Lieutenant-General Arzu Rahimov made speech at the conference, emphasized that great leader Heydar Aliyev had shown care and attention to the military-patriotic upbringing, had given great importance to military build-up, and had always kept the training of highly qualified military personnel in the center of attention. IDP of Kalbajar, major and student of the Military Academy of the Armed Forces Anar Aliyev, pupil of rural secondary school of Kosalar village Mammadali Guliyev and others took the floor, underscored the importance of the upbringing of the youth in the military-patriotic spirit, care and attention shown to this field by great leader Heydar Aliyev.
