New residential complex for 866 IDP families built in Barda was put into service.

The President of the Azerbaijan Republic Ilham Aliyev got acquainted with the new block consisting of five-storey 15 residential buildings built for 866 IDP families in Barda. The head of our state got acquainted with 280 seat kindergarten built in the block. Providing information to the President Ilham Aliyev the Deputy Prime Minister, the chairman of the State Committee for Deals of Refugees and IDPs Mr. Ali Hasanov stated that all requirements for training and education of the children were taken into consideration. The President Ilham Aliyev closely familiarized with the works carried out in the kindergarten building and the conditions created in the separate rooms. Beautification works were implemented in the manor, special quarters were created for the children, and modern lighting system was installed. Thereafter the President Ilham Aliyev got acquainted with the conditions created in 540 seat senior secondary school No. 1 of Aghdam region for IDPs. Photo stands reflecting care and attention of the great leader Heydar Aliyev and Ilham Aliyev and their meeting with Aghdam IDPs as well as phto stands of settlements placed into service up to now were located in the lobby of the school. The head of our state familiarized with the key plan. It was stated that this block was built in accordance with the relevant clauses of annexes approved by the Decree dated 2007 of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic to the “State Program on the Improvement of Living Conditions of Refugees and IDPs and Employment Promotion” approved by the Decree dated 2004 of the President Ilham Aliyev. 866 families or 3900 IDP will be settled here. 700 of those families are from Aghdam and the rest from other regions. The area of the block is 16 hectares. 70 of the apartments are one-room, 430 are two-room, 325- three-room, 25-four room. Community center, first aid center and ATS were constructed here. Water, electricity, gas supply systems were connected to Barda region communications. The new block was built at the request of the Social Development Fund for IDPs. The construction of the block was started in February, 2012 and completed in September of this year. The head of our state visited the house of Aghdam IDP, martyr family Safura Huseynova. The apartment of Safura Huseynova whose family consists of 5 persons is three-room. All conditions were created in the apartment.
