The solution of social problems of IDPs and raising their welfare are always in the focus of attention of the state. President Ilham Aliyev has identified the actions taken in this direction, including the voluntary, safe, and dignified return of former IDPs to their native lands, as one of the strategic directions of state policy. The First Vice President Mehriban Aliyeva's compassionate approach to our compatriots in this category evokes a deep sense of gratitude.
In accordance with the instructions of the country's leader, the State Committee for Affairs of Refugees and Internally Displaced Persons constantly monitors the provision of winter outerwear to students from low-income families among IDPs. Thus, jackets for certain age groups were sent by the Supply and Production Department of the Committee for schoolchildren from low-income IDP families living in different regions of our republic, villages located outside the regional centers, and clothing was provided to IDP children who applied to the Committee on an individual basis.
The clothes were produced in the sewing and weaving workshops of the Supply and Production Department in Baku and in various regions of our republic, where mainly IDPs work.
