In order to improve the professional training of refugees and internally displaced persons and support newly created businesses within the framework of the First State Program of the “Great Return” the project “Supporting initiatives to create sustainable communities by encouraging and involving returning IDPs in income-generating activities” is being implemented. The project is held within the framework of the event “Organization of reintegration activities for the adaptation of the population to new living conditions”, provided for in paragraph 3.1.6 of the 3rd priority mandate of the “I State Program for the Great Return of the Territories Liberated from Occupation by the Republic of Azerbaijan” with the support of the State Committee for Affairs of Refugees and Internally Displaced Persons of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
