Civil society institutions are informed that the nomination of candidates to the Public Council under the State Committee for Affairs of Refugees and Internally Displaced Persons and their registration in this regard are announced. The announcement is valid until May 22, 2023, at 18:00.
Required documents:
- A copy of ID card;
- Biography of the candidate;
- A copy of the document confirming membership in the civil society institute;
- A document proving that a person has experience or knowledge in the relevant field with respect to candidates to the public councils established under the central executive authority (if any, a copy of the employment record book, or other documents confirming the information if there is no employment record book);
- Register of the organization
Requirements for civil society representatives nominated for membership in the Public Council (except for initiative group candidates):
Implementation of at least five projects (excluding Karabakh War participants) with the attachment of documents on the organization and project providing information on the issue of IDPs and the Armenia-Azerbaijan conflict
The candidate of the initiative group shall be nominated by IDPs, participants of the Karabakh War. The candidate must have the status of an internally displaced person, a war participant's card.
The documents must be submitted to the Department for Work with Documents and Citizen's Applications of the State Committee (129 Tbilisi Avenue, Baku) or sent to the email beimxd@qachqinkom.gov.az.
