Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on payment of tuition fees of internally displaced students studying on paid basis at State higher educational establishments of the Azerbaijan Republic.

Guided by the item No. 32 of the article No.109 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic I hereby resolve as follows: 1. To pay tuition fee of the Azerbaijan Republic citizens newly entered bachelor and master’s degree programs of the State Higher Educational Establishments of the Azerbaijan Republic in the 2011/2012 academic year and studying on paid basis, having the status of internally displaced person under the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic “On the status of refugees and internally displaced persons (persons displaced within the country)” during the study term in the amount of tuition costs approved by the decision No.120 dated June 25, 2010 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan at the expense of the state budget allocation. 2. The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan should resolve issues arising from this Order. Ilham Aliyev President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Baku City, September 14, 2011 Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on making changes in the Order No.1308 dated August 4, 2003 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On exemption of internally displaced persons studying on paid basis at the State higher and specialized secondary educational establishments from tuition fee” Guided by the item No. 32 of the article No.109 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic I hereby resolve as follows: 1. To replace the words “internally displaced persons” in the first part of the Order No.1308 dated August 4, 2003 (Code of laws No.8 dated 2003 of the Republic of Azerbaijan, article 451) of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On exemption of internally displaced persons studying on paid basis at the State higher and specialized secondary educational establishments from tuition fee” with the words “Citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan having the status of internally displaced person in accordance with the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic “On the status of refugees and internally displaced persons (persons displaced within the country) 2. This Order should be applied to the persons who entered State higher and specialized secondary educational establishments in the 2011/2012 academic year Ilham Aliyev President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Baku City, September 14, 2011
