The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan ENACTS for the purpose of social protection of internally displaced persons worked in establishments, organizations financed from the budget, deprived of the job in view of the reasons not depending on them and not procured with job: 1. To prolong the period of validity of Part 2 of Enactment 181 of the 10th of May, 1994 issued by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On additional measures for improvement of living condition of internally displaced persons worked in establishments, organizations and deprived of the job in view of the reasons not depending on them” up to January 1, 2009. 2. To assign the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Ministry of Public Health of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Azerbaijan, its other appropriate bodies and executive powers of the regions the territories of which are under occupation to strengthen taking conforming measures in respect to recruitment of internally displaced persons to conforming vacant jobs in the establishments being under their subordination and submit the report on performed works quarterly to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan. 3. To assign the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population to secure the implementation of conforming measures in an order established by legislation in respect to employment of internally displaced persons applied to the agencies of employment service. 4.
