Beehives and beekeeping equipment were presented to 22 participants of long-term technical trainings organized in Aghdam within the program “Economic and social development of low-income IDPs and local people in the Caucasus” (EPIC) implemented in cooperation with the State Committee for Refugees and IDPs.
The delivery and acceptance was carried out within the rules set forth by the Operational Headquarters under the Cabinet of Ministers regarding coronavirus pandemic.
The project EPIC is implemented by the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ) GmbH at the order of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ). The project covers both economic and social development of IDPs temporarily settled in Mingachevir, Aghdam and Barda and local low-income people living in the same area with them.
