Ilham Aliyev, the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan takes effective measures to improve the social conditions of IDPs. Improving the living conditions of the citizens from this category, and ensuring their employment are always in the center of attention. The First Vice President, President of Heydar Aliyev Foundation Mrs. Mehriban Aliyeva treats IDPs in particularly sensitive way, cares for their relocation to new apartments, education and health. In accordance with the instructions of the head of state, measures are being taken to meet the material needs of the low-income part of our compatriots who were displaced from their homeland. On December 28, waistcoats were distributed to pupils of 1-4 grades of the schools in Gubadli, Zangilan, Shusha and the school located in “Gobu Park” residential complex in Garadagh district by the State Committee for Refugees and IDPs of the Republic of Azerbaijan with participation of representatives of the local executive powers. The waistcoats with a total number of 2900 were made in “Karabakh” farmer facility (Horadiz), the personnel of which consists of IDPs, Mardakan Industrial Enterprise, Baku Base Industrial Enterprise and “Araz” Production and Training Enterprise (Sabirabad). Such actions are planned to be continued in the future as well.
