National leader Heydar Aliyev had always treated refugees and IDPs with special care

The event participants, initially, laid flowers at the bust of the Great Leader in the foyer of the Committee. Rovshan Rzayev, the Chairman of the State Committee for Refugees and IDPs, spoke about the path of life of the National Leader Heydar Aliyev and said that the Great Leader is a great personality raised by the Azerbaijani people. He spent all his experience and political knowledge on the development of our country and our people. The Chairman of the Committee underlined that the National Leader Heydar Aliyev had always treated refugees and internally displaced persons with special care. He noted that today this policy is successfully being continued by the President Ilham Aliyev and First Vice President Mehriban Aliyeva. Making a speech in the event, Rafael Huseynov, the Chairman of the Committee for Culture of the National Assembly (Milli Mejlis), spoke about the historical services of the National Leader Heydar Aliyev. He said that the activity of the prominent statesman, world-famous politician Heydar Aliyev covers the most important stages of our modern history. He said that the modern state of Azerbaijan was established and our country took a worthy place in the international arena owing to the determination, strong political will and great experience of the Great Leader. It was noted that as Azerbaijan lives, the Great Leader Heydar Aliyev will always be commemorated by our people with the highest respect and reverence. Then the film, showing the special attention and care of the National Leader Heydar Aliyev to refugees and internally displaced persons, was demonstrated.
