Construction works in residential neighborhood built in Tartar for 1176 IDP families were completed

Construction works in residential neighborhood built in Tartar for 1176 IDP families were completed. The residential neighborhood was built within the scope of Article 1.7 of the “Annex”es made by Order dated February 21, 2011 to the “State Program on Improving Living Conditions and Increasing Employment of Refugees and IDPS” approved by the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated July 1, 2004. In accordance with the project, 34 residential buildings each being 4 storey, school for 1200 students, kindergarten for 280 children, music school, medical center, administrative building, club community center, Automatic Telephone Exchange Station were built in the residential neighborhood. 120 apartments in the buildings are one-room, 504 two-room, 472 three-room, 80 four-room. Roads of the residential neighborhood were asphalted and installation of electricity, water and gas lines was completed. Social infrastructure facilities and residential buildings were fully equipped with modern heating system. All conditions were created for living of the IDPs in the neighborhood with all infrastructures. On November 10, Deputy Prime Minister, Chairman of the State Committee for Affairs of Refugees and IDPs Ali Hasanov visited the residential neighborhood and was interested in the finishing works. Together with head of Tartar Region Executive Power and managing directors of construction companies, the Deputy Prime Minister first familiarized himself with the conditions created in apartments in residential buildings. The Deputy Prime Minister gave assignments and recommendations to the executives for handing over the residential neighborhood in a high quality. During the conversation with the builders, Ali Hasanov spoke about the socioeconomic development in our republic and the large projects implemented, noted the significance of the extension of the "Contract of the Century" which is the basis of Heydar Aliyev's oil strategy, successful implementation of TAP and TANAP projects, Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway, which has been put into operation recently. He underlined that in the political course of President Ilham Aliyev, which ensures comprehensive and long-term development of our country, the human factor and the level of decent welfare of the citizen of the country are in the foreground. The solution of the problems of refugees and internally displaced persons is in the spotlight of President Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva. The solution of the problems of refugees and IDPs is always in the spotlight of President Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva too. Continuous actions are taken to solve social problems of refugees and IDPs, to improve their living and housing conditions. Afterwards, the Deputy Prime Minister, Chairman of the State Committee for Affairs of Refugees and IDPs Ali Hasanov went to Shikharkh settlement of Tartar region and got acquainted with the construction and renovation works carried out around the monument "Maragha-150".
