On February 8, a large meeting was held under the chairmanship of Deputy Prime Minister, Chairman of the State Committee on Deals of Refugees and IDPs Mr. Ali Hasanov, with the participation of employees of State Committee on Deals of Refugees and IDPs. In the meeting, a detailed exchange of views was held on the current status of implementation of the tasks currently arising from the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On definition of single monthly allowance for IDPs and persons equated to them" dated January 23, 2017 and the Order "On measures related to the restoration of the liberated Jojug Marjanli village of Jabrail region" dated January 24, 2017. Deputy Prime Minister stated that, in response to the high attention and care of Mr. President to the IDPs the control over this field should be strengthened, works planned in accordance with the existing regulations should be carried out at the highest level, all opportunities should be aimed at the tasks set forth in order to avoid any negative cases in this regard. At the same time, it was highlighted that, the process of installation of counters in the facilities densely populated by IDPs should be provided soon. In the meeting, it was instructed that in accordance with compiled assignment schedule, every day in the first half of the day in 11 districts of Baku city, all employees of the Committee should act together with the employees of local executive powers and executive powers of occupied regions in the facilities where the counters were installed, conduct explanatory works, and the questions of IDPs should be clarified. Ali Hasanov also said that he and his deputies would visit those territories, too. Touching upon the issues on the restoration of the liberated Jojug Marjanli village of Jabrail region and the resettlement of families resided in the building of “Energetic” boarding house in the territory of Khazar district of Baku city and unfinished nine-storey building which is in danger of destruction at any time located at 20A, Ganja Avenue, Khatai district, Ali Hasanov has said that relevant design works have already begun. After all, Deputy Prime Minister Ali Hasanov gave special and appropriate instructions to the concerning departments for the high quality implementation of issues arising from the Decree and Order.
