On July 22, under the leadership of Deputy Prime Minister, Chairman of the State Committee on Deals of Refugees and IDPs Ali Hasanov, a board meeting was held dedicated to the first half of the year and the staff's duties in State Committee on Deals of Refugees and IDPs. During the discussion of issues included in the agenda of the Board, especially the attention was directed to the execution of the obligations arising from the president's deep and application content of speech in the meeting dedicated to the results of socio-economic development of the first half of 2016 of the Cabinet of Minister chaired by the President of Azerbaijan Republic Mr. Ilham Aliyev and the tasks set and it was mentioned that, as noted by the President, despite of the certain economic difficulties, successful development of Azerbaijan is also provided in the current year, security is protected in the highest level, socio-political stability is strengthened, all the tasks faced by the county are successfully implemented. Noting that the improvement of living conditions of the refugees and IDPs which is one of the main principles of the policy pursued by President Ilham Aliyev, comprehensive state support for the resolution of their various problems are in the spotlight regularly, Deputy Prime Minister Ali Hasanov stated that all refugees and IDPs in the country are in full state guarantee, the resolution of their problems is in the spotlight of the President of Azerbaijani Republic Mr. Ilham Aliyev. As an example of this, noting about the decrees signed by the President of Azerbaijan Republic on July 18 on "Payment of education fees of IDPs studying in state higher educational institutions in Azerbaijan Republic on a fee basis " and only two days later on July 20 on "Additional measures for improvement of the living and housing conditions of internally displaced families", Deputy Prime Minister Ali Hasanov described all these as the highest attention and care of the President to IDPs. Stating that the resolution of the number one problem of our country Armenia-Azerbaijan Nagorno-Karabakh conflict serves the interests of some forces, Ali Hasanov also mentioned that we should rely on ourselves and our own strength in this case, and only hope of Azerbaijani people, as well as IDPs to solve the problem is the President of every Azerbaijani people Ilham Aliyev. The resolution of Armenia-Azerbaijan, Nagorno-Karabakh conflict is a priority for us. Our main gaol is to resolve this issue soon based on the norms and principles of international law, within the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan. Referring to the April events, Deputy Prime Minister Ali Hasanov stated that, the Armenian armed forces attacked on our territories and damaged to the civilians seriously. However, a powerful army of Azerbaijan responded to the enemy decently. Fascist criminal regime in Armenia should know that, this conflict should be resolved soon. Armenia's intention is to keep the conflict frozen. April wars show once again that the status quo should be changed as soon as possible. It has already stated repeatedly by the mediators dealt with this issue. I think that, results of April wars will be a lesson for Armenia, they will draw the necessary conclusions and will act in a constructive position in the negotiation process. Over the past two months the process of negotiations is very active. The leaders of the member countries of the OSCE Minsk Group are very active in this issue. However, in the period of time, the OSCE Minsk Group showed no pressure against the aggressor for the fair resolution of the conflict. Deputy Prime Minister Ali Hasanov also touched on the latest events in the brother Turkish Republic and stated that, the Azerbaijani government and the public have been concerned about these events, and the President of the country Ilham Aliyev clearly demonstrated to the world that he expressed his support for Turkey once again. In general, the staff of the State Committee on Deals of Refugees and IDPs has been able to achieve the successful implementation of the goals set. At the Board meeting it was noted with certainty that, tasks set will be resolved by showing regular care and attention to this area in the current year.
