Board meeting was held in the State Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Deals of Refugees and Internally displaced persons. On February 1 a wide Board meeting was held in the State Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Deals of Refugees and Internally displaced persons. In recent days making a speech on the first issue in the consultations held under the chairmanship of the President Ilham Aliyev, and especially in the board meeting dedicated to the results of the duties in his speech and tasks set forth in the conference on the results of the implementation of the second year of the 3rd State Program on the social and economical development of the regions, the works done for the implementation of them and the activity of the Committee in the last year Deputy Prime Minister, Chairman of the State Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Deals of Refugees and Internally displaced persons Ali Hasanov stated that, most of the issues gave positive results and the implementation of social projects were continued in Azerbaijan as a result of the farsighted policy of our President in spite of the deepening of economic crisis in the world today. A.Hasanov also spoke about the comprehensive care and attention of the President Ilham Aliyev to the refugees and internally displaced persons and mentioned that, 89 of 94 modern settlements with all social and technical infrastructure built in different areas to improve their social living conditions were mainly built and commissioned in the last 12 years up to now and 225 thousand of 243 thousand internally displaced persons who moved to these settlements account for the last 12 years according to the relevant State Programs confirmed by the Decree of the President and the additions made to them . Deputy Prime Minister A.Hasanov also spoke about the most important issues in speeches of the President Ilham Aliyev in the board meeting and stated that, our President gave special instructions to the relevant bodies by determining the specific duties on creating business environment in our country, providing assistance to the entrepreneurs for that, overcoming the obstacles against the businessmen, paying a special attention to the production of export-oriented products and other issues. Emphasizing the fact that the failure of resolution of number one problem of our country Armenia-Azerbaijan, Nagorno Garabakh conflict serves to the interests of some forces, A.Hasanov stated that we should rely on ourselves and our own strength and the only hope for the resolution of the problem of Azerbaijani people as well as internally displaced persons is the President of every Azerbaijani Mr. Ilham Aliyev! Deputy Prime Minister noted that Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) demonstrated that it is in the position of double standards once again while the important resolution exposing the aggressive policy of Armenia in these days was discussed in PACE winter session in Strasbourg. With this manner it is considered that PACE go against its decisions adopted on the occupation of Azerbaijani lands by the Armenia as well as the UN resolutions, decisions and resolutions of European Parliament and OSCE Parliamentary Assembly. Of course, the inactivity of OSCE Minsk Group also manifested itself here. In addition, OSCE Minsk Group didn’t exert any pressure on the aggressors for the fair solution of the conflict. In general the staff of State Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Deals of Refugees and Internally displaced persons achieved the successful implementation of the tasks assigned. It was emphasized with confident that, the tasks set forth will be resolved by providing regular attention and care on this field in current year.
