Deputy Prime Minister, Chairman of Republican Commission on International Humanitarian Aid Mr. Ali Hasanov has received Head of Azerbaijan Delegation of International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) Ms. Denise Duran on July 9. In a meeting in which current and perspective issues were discussed regarding the activity according to the mandate of Azerbaijan Delegation of International Committee of the Red Cross, mutual cooperation between ICRC and the Azerbaijan government as well as other partners were also talked over, views were exchanged regarding the projects carried out by this organization along front line. At the same time they had exchange of views in the reception related to Azerbaijani civilians Dilgam Asgarov and Shahbaz Guliyev who were taken hostage by Armenians while visiting their native lands and graves of their parents in Kalbajar region that was occupied by Armenian armed forces, afterwards passed a “sentence” on them “under decision of a court” of Nagorno Karabakh separatist regime as well as their current condition and position of aggressor was evaluated as negligence to the standards of international law by Armenia, major violation of them and serious arbitrariness.
