Deputy Chairman of State Committee for Refugees and IDP’s Fuad Huseynov has met with newly appointed Director General of International Islamic Charitable Organization “Committee of Asian Muslims” of Kuwait Khalid Salah Al-Rayes and his Deputy Ali Mufrein that are visiting our country on May 4. Satisfaction due to the development of relations between the State of Kuwait and Azerbaijan, establishment and continuation of mutual corporation and friendship in all fields at a high level was expressed in the meeting; extensive exchange of views has been held regarding humanitarian projects and plans of the representative office of this charitable organization of Kuwait in Azerbaijan realized till nowadays and considered to be carried out in the future. The guests were provided with detailed information about the problems of the persons becoming refugees and internally displaced persons as a result of Armenia-Azerbaijan Nagorno-Karabakh conflict as well as the measures carried out by the government in the direction of life conditions improvement of them. F.Huseynov said that number of refugees and displaced persons increase due to conflicts in the world. The State of Azerbaijan undertakes solution of the problems of these citizens as consequence of acceleration of economic development; however, there are citizens living in hard conditions in our country.
