Familiarity with the condition created in a newly built residential complex for 588 IDP families in Barda

On march 12, the President of Azerbaijan Republic Ilham Aliyev acquainted with the condition created in a newly built residential complex for 588 IDP families in Barda. TheDeputy Prime Minister, Chairman of the State Committee for the Affairs of Refugees and Internally Displaced Persons Ali Hasanov informed President Ilham Aliyev about the newly built residential complex. This complex has been constructed pursuant to the relevant items of Additions to “the State Program for Improvement of Living Conditions and Increase of Employment of Refugees and Internally Displaced Persons”, approved by the Order dated on February 21, 2011 issued by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Te refugees temporarily settled at the hostels in Barda will be moved to new residential complex. President Ilham Aliyev reviewed apartments. President Ilham Aliyev viewed a scheme and a model of the complex. The President was informed that in the new residential complex covered an area of 11 hectares 588 apartments, a 640-seat school, a 140-seat kindergarten, ATS and other administrative buildings have been built. Water, electricity and gas supply networks are connected to communication networks in Barda. The construction of the complex started in June, 2014, and ended in March, 2015. This complex is the 90th residential area built for refugees and IDPs. The head of state familiarized with the condition created at the school of the complex. President Ilham Aliyev viewed photo stands reflecting national leader Heydar Aliyev`s attention to education and his meetings with IDPs. The photo stands put into use so far have also been made. While reviewing the school it was noted that all conditions have been created for teaching and education at the school. The head of state also visited the kindergarten in the complex and familiarized with the condition created here. All the requirements have been taken into account for teaching and training of the children in the kindergarten. President Ilham Aliyev expressed his satisfaction with the works done in the new residential complex.
