The works in a new residential complex built in Mingachevir city for internally displaced persons has been fully completed.

The Deputy Prime Minister, the chairman of the State Committee on Affairs of Refugees and Internally Displaced Persons, Mr. Ali Hasanov visited Mingachevir city on February 20 related to the completion of construction works in a block settled newly for internally displaced persons and held an expanded meeting in Mingachevir City Executive Power. General discussions regarding the full completion of the construction works on campus have been conducted at the meeting with the attendance of representatives of relevant state institutions and construction companies as well Mingachevir City Executive Power, the heads of the city’s service organizations, electric power, electricity, gas, drinking water, heat system, telecommunications field departments, employees of Baku-2015” First European Games Operation Committee. Ali Hasanov noted that they reviewed the construction works carried out in a new settlement several times with the participation of representatives of “Baku-2015” First European Games Operation Committee and Azerbaijan National Olympic Committee as well as pointed out that, today we carried out certain consultations with the employees of “Baku-2015” First European Games Operation Committee in order to prevent a difficulty that may occur in the future. Making a speech at the meeting, the employees of the “Baku-2015” First European Games Operation Committee brought their views and expressed their satisfaction of high-level works implemented on campus. The Deputy Prime Minister Mr. Ali Hasanov said that the living-housing conditions of thousands of internally displaced families are improved each year as a result of the attention and care of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev. Ali Hasanov mentioned that the housing of IDPs is a priority issue for our country and said that our head of state always keeps the problems of refugees and internally displaced persons in the center of attention and for this purpose he set concrete tasks.
