The works conducted in the block newly settled for IDPs in the territory of Beylagan have finished and settlement of IDPs has started.

The works realized for the improvement of living conditions of refugees imply that our citizens of this category have always been in the focus of attention and care of the President of Azerbaijan Republic, Mr. Ilham Aliyev. Settlement of IDPs from temporary residential areas and tents to the modern blocks constructed according to the contemporary requirements is the sign of attention paid to these people by the state. State programs were adopted for the improvement of their financial welfare and important measures were assumed for increasing their social benefits. Such residential blocks settled in major parts of the Republic reveal that Azerbaijan state always takes care of its citizens and the solution of the problems constitutes principal direction of the state policy. The works conducted in the new residential block constructed for 320 families in the territory of Beylagan have completely finished and the block has been constructed according to the relevant clause of Annexes to the State Program approved with the Order of the President of Azerbaijan Republic, dated July 1, 2004. Total area of the block is 380 hectares. 360-seat school building, 50-seat kindergarten, music school, administrative building, medical center, post office building meeting modern standards have been constructed in the territory of the block as well. Overall work on electric supply, drinking water and gas supply of the block was conducted. Contemporary road-street infrastructure has been established here. Block’s construction has been completely constructed and settlement of IDPs has started.
