The course of construction works in settlements and neighborhoods built for the internally displaced families is in the focus of attention.

The Deputy Prime Minister, Chairman of the State Committee on Deals of Refugees and IDPs Mr. Ali Hasanov visited new settlements built for IDPs in Goygol and Hajigabul in order to get acquainted with the real situation of the progress of construction works. The Deputy Prime Minister Ali Hasanov became closely acquainted with the course of construction works, talked to the heads of construction companies engaged in construction works, listened to their wishes and suggestions and gave his recommendations. It was reported that construction works in the area are about to end. Settlement will be equipped with gas, water and electric. The Deputy Prime Minister Mr. Ali Hasanov said that the living-housing conditions of thousands of internally displaced families are improved each year as a result of the attention and care of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev. He mentioned that the housing of IDPs is a priority issue for our country and said that our head of state always keeps the problems of refugees and internally displaced persons in the center of attention and for this purpose he set concrete tasks. Strategy defined by the President Ilham Aliyev in order to resolve these tasks in high level and the tasks posed by care and attention to refugees and IDPs by the head of state should be implemented early and in high quality. This residential area built in the territories of Goygol and Hajigabul districts is being constructed under the corresponding paragraph of State Program approved by the relevant decrees of our head of state. At the same time, the construction of school building, kindergarten, medical center, Automatic Telephone Stations and community center is carried out in newly built settlements. It was decided that along with the rapid progress of construction works, strict attention should be paid to the quality of works and housing complex should be delivered in high quality with all infrastructure facilities. The Deputy Prime Minister of Azerbaijan Republic, the Chairman of the State Committee on Deals of Refugees and IDPs Mr. Ali Hasanov also met with internally displaced persons, listened to their wishes and desires and gave relevant tasks.
