On September 25, Deputy Prime Minister, Chairman of the State Committee on Deals of Refugees and IDPs Mr. Ali Hasanov met with the internally displaced persons settled around Ganli Lake in the territory of Yasamal district and those who were temporarily relocated in tents made up by the Ministry of Emergency Situations in the area for the internally displaced families whose houses were knocked down as result of the explosion took place in five-storey residential building which is half constructed in Khirdalan the city of Absheron district on September 8th in the morning. Firstly, Ali Hasanov met with the internally displaced persons settled around Ganli Lake and said that they will be relocated from this place to the building constructed for them in the territory of Yasamal district in recent days as this area is planned for the full renovation in accordance with the main plan of Baku city. During the meeting with IDPs, their several problems were heard, issues that may cause concern were clarified. Deputy Prime Minister Ali Hasanov noted that President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev pays sufficient attention and care to the refugees and IDPs displaced from their native lands as a result of the Armenia-Azerbaijan Nagorno Karabakh conflict, consistently makes relevant decisions for the solution of their problems. Then, Deputy Prime Minister, Chairman of the State Committee on Deals of Refugees and IDPs Ali Hasanov familiarized with the situation on the spot in the tents made up by the Ministry of Emergency Situations in the territory of Khirdalan city together with the Heads of Executive Powers of Absheron, Gubadli, Zangilan, Fuzuli, and Jabrayil districts and gave his relevant tasks and recommendations. Ali Hasanov also mentioned that repair-renovation works are currently being continued in the two blocks of the building exposed to the explosion. Soon IDPs relocated from these two blocks will be returned to their places. Residents of the other block which became useless as a result of the explosion will be provided with new flats in the near future. Deputy Prime Minster brought to the attention of them that situation arose as a result of the incident happened, is in the focus of attention of Mr. President from the first day. It should be mentioned that all conditions are provided for the normal functioning of medical station, canteen and other necessary stations, they are equipped with necessary facilities, and relevant measures have been taken in order to provide needs of internally displaced persons for daily products. They are also provided with hot meals three times a day and other necessary food products, bedding sets and other facilities.
