On July 31, the Deputy Prime Minister, Chairman of the Republican Commission on International Humanitarian Assistance Mr. Ali Hasanov again met with the Head of the International Committee of the Red Cross Delegation to Azerbaijan Denise Duran. During the meeting, there were detailed discussions about the release of the persons who were unreasonably taken as hostages by the Armenian Armed Forces in the territory of Kalbajar dictrict, Dilgam Asgarov being the citizen of the Russian Federation and Shahbaz Guliyev being the citizen of the Azerbaijan Republic and the returning of the dead body of Hasan Hasanov who was killed according to the information of Armenians. Deputy Prime Minister Ali Hasanov strictly warned the Head of the International Committee of the Red Cross Delegation to Azerbaijan and said that first of all, they should strengthen their activities regarding to the returning the dead body of Hasan Hasanov and release of those who were taken as hostages. It was noted that all of these increase the distrust of the refugees and IDPs to the international organizations. If Armenia side displays such position in returning of hostages and corpus now, then there will not be any talk about the willingness of making a neighbourhood on the basis of mutual trust. During the meeting, it was mentioned that all these issues are under the control of the President of the country Mr. Ilham Aliyev from the first day and the government of Azerbaijan is engaged in the solution of this problem on a daily basis. According to the State Committee on Deals of Refugees and IDPs, application about the support to release Dilgam Asgarov being the citizen of the Russian Federation and Shahbaz Guliyev being the citizen of the Azerbaijan Republic, by their family members, has already entered to the post office of Kremlin through special communication on June 28. Addressing to their relatives, State Committee on Deals of Refugees and IDPs states that they should be patient on this issue, as mentioned above, this issue is under the control of the head of state and all measures are being taken on this regard. In case there is additional information, public will be provided with detailed information. Head of Working Group of State Commission on Prisoners of War, Missing Persons and Hostages Firudin Sadigov were also present at the meeting. After the meeting, Deputy Prime Minister Mr. Ali Hasanov received the family members of Hasan Hasanov.
