In line with the instructions of President Ilham Aliyev, the Great Return to the territories liberated from occupation continues. Those relocating to the cities of Aghdam and Khojavend are families who had been temporarily settled in various parts of the country, mainly in dormitories, sanatoriums, and administrative buildings.

At this stage, 41 families – 156 people have been relocated to Aghdam city, while 57 families – 206 people have been relocated to Khojavend city.

Residents returning to their native homeland expressed their gratitude to President Ilham Aliyev and First Vice-President Mehriban Aliyeva for the comprehensive state care provided to them. They also expressed their appreciation to the brave Azerbaijani Army, our heroic soldiers and officers who liberated our lands, and prayed for mercy for the martyrs who sacrificed their lives on this path.
