In line with the instructions of President Ilham Aliyev, the Great Return to the territories liberated from occupation continues. Those relocating to the villages of Childirran, Ashagi Oratag, Heyvali, Chapar, and Hasanriz in the Aghdara district; Khojavend village in the Khojavend district; and Horovlu village in the Jabrayil district are families who had previously been temporarily settled in various parts of the country, mainly in dormitories, sanatoriums, and administrative buildings.

At this phase, 3 families (13 people) have been relocated to Childirran village of Aghdara district, 21 families (108 people) to Ashagi Oratag village, 7 families (34 people) to Heyvali village, 4 families (17 people) to Chapar village, 6 families (29 people) to Hasanriz village, 11 families (36 people) to Khojavend village of the Khojavend district, and 30 families (131 people) to Horovlu village of the Jabrayil district.

Residents returning to their native land expressed their gratitude to President Ilham Aliyev and First Vice-President Mehriban Aliyeva for the comprehensive state care provided to them. They also expressed their appreciation to the brave Azerbaijani Army, our heroic soldiers and officers who liberated our lands, and prayed for mercy for the martyrs who sacrificed their lives on this path.
