On February 16, the convoys heading back to their native homeland reached the city of Khojaly. At this stage, apartment keys were presented to 30 families, 149 people relocated to the city. Representatives from the Special Representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Agdam, Fuzuli, and Khojavend districts, as well as officials from the State Committee for Affairs of Refugees and Internally Displaced Persons, attended the ceremony.
